I read that cars are not an eligible cost, and yet there is also a paragraph in the budget classification guidance that mentions vehicles. What type of vehicles (e.g. motorbikes, bicycles, rickshaws, cars, 4x4s, trucks, buses etc.) can be paid for with DFID funds?
